The links will take you to the National Sports ID registration system where you will create an account and register your athlete.  The button to create an account is at the bottom of the NSID screen.

50% of the registration payment is due at the time of registration and the remaining 50% will be charged to your card 30 days later.

You will upload documents to the NSID site as well.  (Birth certificate, medical form, photo)
