CODE OF CONDUCT

The New Fairfield Falcons are committed to creating a positive, safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment for all players, coaches, volunteers, officials, parents, and spectators.

Youth sports are about more than wins and losses. They are an opportunity to teach our athletes sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, responsibility, and community pride. The behavior of the adults on and around the field plays an important role in setting that example.

By participating in or attending a New Fairfield Falcons event, all members of our Falcons community are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. We ask everyone to support our athletes, respect coaches and officials, treat opposing teams and families with courtesy, and help us maintain an environment where our children can learn, compete, and have fun.

We are all representing the Falcons. Let’s lead by example and make every practice, game, and event something our athletes and community can be proud of.

Respect the game. Respect each other. Represent the Falcons with pride
